Enero-Marzo. Pp. 4-8.<\/h4>\n<p>Durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os la inflaci\u00f3n ha experimentado un aumento notable en Venezuela. Despu\u00e9s de mantenerse en torno al 25 por ciento anual en el lapso 2009-2012 (superior al promedio mundial), pas\u00f3 a 56,2 en 2013, 68,5 en 2014 y a m\u00e1s de180 en 2015. Ello se ha debido a m\u00faltiples razones, tales como el aumento desproporcionado de la oferta monetaria debido a la monetizaci\u00f3n de enormes d\u00e9ficit fiscales, ca\u00eddas sostenidas de la oferta de bienes y servicios, desproporcionados controles de precios y de otra \u00edndole que impiden el comportamiento racional de las fuerzas del mercado, y algunas otras. \u00bfC\u00f3mo abatir este flagelo? Mucho se puede aprender de las experiencias vividas en otros pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n, que lograron eliminar ese mal de sus econom\u00edas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Palma, Pedro A.
